Neurodivergent consultants bring lived experience and a neurodivergent nervous system which is attuned to their own sensory sensitivities, and able to detect aspects of the physical environment which can be problematic for other neurodivergent people.  My knowledge and understanding goes far beyond having a list of do's and don'ts; I live this experience every day.
